Here you can find out all about how to play Armoured Clash and what additional items are essential for your games.
Both Generals establish the parameters for their game of Armoured Clash, assemble their Forces, agree on which Clash they are going to play and prepare the Battlefield.
Both Generals draw and reveal the Command and Conquest Card from the top of their decks. The General with the highest card value decides whether they will be General A or B. Beginning with General A, the two generals take turns selecting one of their units and deploying it either on the Battlefield or in Reserve.
The General that had Initiative last Round selects a Command and Conquest Card from their hand and places it face down. The opposing General does the same. Both cards are then simultaneously revealed. The General with the highest Card Value gains the Initiative for this Round.
Both Generals may choose to discard any Command and Conquest Cards from their hand and then draw new Command and Conquest Cards, up to the Clash’s hand limit.
Beginning with the General that has the Initiative, both Generals take turns choosing whether to deploy any units from reserve.
Beginning with The General that has the Initiative, both Generals take turns secting one of their Ready units and Activating it until all units on the Battlefield have been Activated.
All units on the Battlefield lose the Activated status, any Victory Points from the Objectives section of the Clash are gained and any other rules that apply to the End Phase are resolved.
Repeat Steps 3 to 7 for each Round until the Clash’s Round Limit has been reached. Then determine who is the victor!
